Driving In Phnom Penh

Here is an example of an intersection in downtown Phnom Penh. Needless to say, I as the driver, am a little stressed when trying to maneuver our moto through this traffic, but Leanne helps me navigate the city like a champ! Notice the people who are turning right are using the sidewalk as the turn lane, I think Americans could learn a lot from this policy.

  1. The best part of this video is at second 35 when you are taking a right turn and oncoming traffic is in your lane...or what I suppose passes as a lane. Awesome.

  3. Actually, riding on the back of the moto is really fun, and very easy to do. I don't even hold on anymore (sorry mom). Now driving is a whole different story! Chris does a great job.

  4. THAT IS AWESOME! I suppose the moto would take a little getting use to, but you look like champs already! Leanne - wanted to let you know I passed my qualifying level for the PGM program, so the application + a big fat check is in the mail. Woohoo!
